1st year: 56 hours or 7 days
2nd -4th year: 104 hours or 13 days
5th-11th year: 144 hours, or 18 days
12+ years: 184 hours or 23 days
401(K) Retirement
Prepare for your future. Full-time employees are eligible for 401(K) retirement benefits. Murphy Family Ventures matches $0.50, up to 6% of your eligible compensation.
Life Insurance
Employees, their spouses, and dependents are eligible for life insurance coverage at no cost to the employee.
Employee Benevolent Fund
Our employees are eligible to use the benevolent fund when they endure monetary hardships through unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, medical conditions, injury, or death.
