Paid Time Off

Taking time for yourself and your family is essential. Employees can accrue paid time off, dependent on their length of service, for vacation or sick days.

1st year: 56 hours or 7 days

2nd -4th year: 104 hours or 13 days

5th-11th year: 144 hours, or 18 days

12+ years: 184 hours or 23 days

 

401(K) Retirement

Prepare for your future. Full-time employees are eligible for 401(K) retirement benefits. Murphy Family Ventures matches $0.50, up to 6% of your eligible compensation.
