Congratulations, Mr. Wendell!

Exciting Leadership News

As Murphy Family Ventures celebrates 20 years of growth, innovation, and family legacy, we are proud to share that Wen Murphy was recently named Executive Vice President and Senior Director of Support Operations.

This milestone reflects Wen’s hard work, dedication, and leadership — but also represents something larger: the continued evolution of Murphy Family Ventures as both a company and a family. From his earliest days working hands-on in nearly every area of our business, Wen has demonstrated passion for our work, care for our people, and an unwavering commitment to our values.

This new role and increase in responsibilities is both a generational step forward and a reflection of the legacy our company was built upon: family, trust, and a shared commitment to creating something meaningful for generations to come.

Please join us in congratulating Wen Murphy on this well-deserved achievement as we look ahead to the next 20 years and beyond.

Safety Topic from Mike Brown

September Saftey

Cooler temperatures bring about many changes in the weather and the start of germ season.

Yes, when the temps began to fall, we were tasked with keeping ourselves clear and free of germs and the exposure to others.  It may be only that we touched an item that earlier had been touched by someone with a cold or infection.  Either way, we want to make sure that we steer clear of anyone who appears to be sick or feeling bad.  No matter where you are during the day, be sure to WASH YOUR HANDS SEVERAL TIMES TO HELP CONTROL THE SPREAD OF GERMS.  If you are at home or at work, when cleaning up each day, be sure to wipe down items that are frequently handled by others (e.g., faucet handles, microwave door, entry doors, door frames, coffee pot, countertops, etc.).  If the need arises, wear disposable gloves when completing a task to protect your hands and person.
