Celebrating 20 Years
Celebrating 20 years of excellence with a special message from our President and CEO Dell Murphy! Our journey wouldn’t be possible without the dedication, passion, and hard work of our incredible employees at Murphy Family Ventures. Thank you for being the driving force behind our success! Here’s to the next 20 years!
From a small farm in Rose Hill, NC, the Murphy family's entrepreneurial spirit took root and flourished. Wendell and Holmes Murphy's vision not only revolutionized agribusiness but also uplifted local farmers. Today, as Murphy Family Ventures celebrates 20 years, we honor our roots, our hard work, and the community that has grown with us.
There’s something powerful about an old photo.
“More than a legacy—it’s family.”
Regan Murphy Boyd, daughter of Dell and Wendy Murphy, reflects on 20 years of MFV:
"I looked up to my dad back then—and even though I’m taller now, I look up to him even more today. A lot has changed over the years, but one thing that’s stayed the same is this: hard work and family come first. Always have. Always will. The future is bright for MFV, and I’m honored to be a part of it. Happy 20 years—and here’s to many more!"
🎉 Wishing a very happy retirement to Dawn Sprye from River Landing!
Director of Community Operations and Corporate Communications Stephanie Durner said, "Dawn's impact on the River Landing community is immeasurable. She has been involved in roughly 450 of the 524 completed homes to date, taking great care to protect the integrity and aesthetics of the neighborhood. Dawn has been an invaluable resource for our property owners and colleagues alike. Her institutional knowledge is unmatched, and she has always demonstrated great professionalism and dedication. I have counted on Dawn immensely over the years. She will be greatly missed by all!"
Thank you, Dawn, for everything you've done. Your hard work and heart have left a lasting impression on River Landing! 💚
