Course members will be able to understand and apply the principles of good motivation, adopt the appropriate style of management, delegate work effectively, plan projects and their own time effectively, influence staff, deal with grievance and disciplining, and contribute effectively at meetings. This course is designed for those in leadership roles and is split into 3 day-long session, over the course of 6 months.
