We will also have a day specifically  designated to spend time on base with our troops, giving you  the chance to interact on a personal basis with our military  heroes. The gala was from 6:30PM to 10:30PM and all proceeds went to benefit the Duplin County Community Foundation. The Duplin County Community Foundation is a resource center for funding of non-profit groups, an organization for donors to learn about causes, and a source of grants for worthy local causes. The night was filled with hors d’oeuvres, wine, and a cash bar. A silent auction helped raised money for a charitable cause and provided an evening of fun for Duplin supporters.
